Joma Jewellery is a brand driven by the aim to inspire through a process of ensuring each and every product is of the highest quality. To avoid it tarnishing faster than it should, help our jewellery live the life it deserves by following these best care practices:
- Clean using a dry and soft cloth.
- Do not use silver cleaner or silver dip, & try to avoid overcleaning.
- Stash jewellery away individually to keep chains tangle and scratch-free.
- Plated jewellery will tarnish over time. Avoid it tarnishing faster than it should by keep it from coming into contact with materials such as detergents, bleaches, ammonia, chlorine, perfumes, body-creams and hairspray.
Delivery and Returns
Delivery Information
- Standard Tracked (UK): £2.99, or FREE on orders over £30. Delivery normally takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Express Tracked (UK): £4.99. Delivery normally takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
We currently deliver to eligible UK addresses using Evri, Royal Mail and FedEx. European and international delivery are not currently available.
Dispatch: Orders are normally dispatched the next working day. Express orders placed before 11:00am are normally dispatched the same day. Express orders placed after 11:00am, and orders using Standard or Free delivery, are normally dispatched the next working day.
From October onwards, Standard orders can take up to 10 working days to dispatch during busy periods. Express orders are prioritised, but their dispatch can occasionally take longer too. Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch; we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Personalised, pre-order and selected larger or made-to-order products may have different lead times, which are shown on the product page and at checkout.
