Instructions

  1. Use the funnel to pour lamp fragrance into the lamp (purchased separately).
  2. Fill lamp to 1/2 to 2/3 full - DO NOT OVERFILL.
  3. Wipe the lamp to clean up any fragrance spills immediately as they can damage surfaces.
  4. For first-time use, let the rope absorb the fragrance oil for 20-30 minutes before lighting.
  5. Light the burner stone using a match or lighter and let the flame burn for around 3 minutes before blowing it out.
  6. Replace the vented crown and let the fragrance diffuse.
  7. Replace the solid metal cap over the stone to extinguish.

  • Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets at all times.
  • Never touch the effusion burner stone after lighting.
  • Do not touch the lamp while in use.
  • Blow out the flame on the burner before placing the vented crown on the lamp.

Delivery Information

  • Standard Tracked (UK): £2.99, or FREE on orders over £30. Delivery normally takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Express Tracked (UK): £4.99. Delivery normally takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.

We currently deliver to eligible UK addresses using Evri, Royal Mail and FedEx. European and international delivery are not currently available.

Dispatch: Orders are normally dispatched the next working day. Express orders placed before 11:00am are normally dispatched the same day. Express orders placed after 11:00am, and orders using Standard or Free delivery, are normally dispatched the next working day.

From October onwards, Standard orders can take up to 10 working days to dispatch during busy periods. Express orders are prioritised, but their dispatch can occasionally take longer too. Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch; we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Personalised, pre-order and selected larger or made-to-order products may have different lead times, which are shown on the product page and at checkout.
