Sustainability
This 5L refill bottle helps reduce single-use plastic consumption and can save up to a year's worth of standard conditioner bottles. The container is made from 65% virgin HDPE and 35% post-consumer recycled HDPE and is recyclable in UK household recycling streams.
Delivery and Returns
Delivery Information
- Standard Tracked (UK): £2.99, or FREE on orders over £30. Delivery normally takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Express Tracked (UK): £4.99. Delivery normally takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
We currently deliver to eligible UK addresses using Evri, Royal Mail and FedEx. European and international delivery are not currently available.
Dispatch: Orders are normally dispatched the next working day. Express orders placed before 11:00am are normally dispatched the same day. Express orders placed after 11:00am, and orders using Standard or Free delivery, are normally dispatched the next working day.
From October onwards, Standard orders can take up to 10 working days to dispatch during busy periods. Express orders are prioritised, but their dispatch can occasionally take longer too. Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch; we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date.
