Turnaround
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. *We will ship orders received before 11am Monday to Friday on the same day if Express shipping is selected. Any orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on or after the following Monday.
Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Royal Mail 1st class – Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1-2 working days but it can arrive up til 15 working days after shipping.
2nd class – Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days but it can arrive up until 15 working days after shipping.
Special Delivery – Guaranteed next working day before 1pm, currently during the COVID-19 pandemic we are advised the guarantee has moved forward to 9pm next working day.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using Royal Mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
Generally shipping charges are as follows:- 1st Class Royal Mail £3.50, Special Delivery (Next working day) £7.5. We can pack up to 4 bottles in one package and one postal charge will apply.
Royal Mail Postage Restrictions on perfume carriage mean that one parcel can contain no more than 4 bottles and that none of the bottles can contain more than 150ml of perfume.
Where We Ship To
We ship to all mainland UK Destinations including Northern Ireland, all of the UK islands including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, unfortunately we cannot ship to The Republic of Ireland, Europe and further afield at the moment.
